THE COURIER

Shipments are made via express courier from Monday to Friday during business hours.

To ensure successful delivery, we recommend having your order delivered to your workplace and providing not only the delivery address but also your phone number, so the courier can contact you in case of any issues.

We ship with: TNT/FEDEX.

RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES FOR PURCHASES FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES

The delivery terms for the Products are 4 to 6 working days and start from the day the order form is sent to us; public holidays are excluded from the calculation.

PURCHASES FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES: TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES AT YOUR EXPENSE

For purchases made from non-EU countries, additional costs may be charged for customs duties and taxes to ensure the delivery of the purchased product.

ORDER STATUS

As soon as our merchandise leaves the warehouse, you will receive an informative email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION containing the tracking number that can be used to check the delivery status of your package online. Tracking using this number will be activated approximately 2 business days after the shipping confirmation.
